Ticketing for youth movements
A party, a spaghetti night or a camp — set up by leaders who do not want to lose an evening over it.
The cash box is small and the leaders change
In a youth movement everything runs on volunteers who may be someone else next year. So: no subscription that keeps running, no training needed, and a shop you can get right in a single evening. Free activities cost you nothing, and on a camp site where nothing works you keep scanning offline.

For youth movements
Small enough to run itself
Six things leaders genuinely get something out of.
One fixed amount per ticket
- No subscription and no setup cost. A €6 ticket and a €40 ticket cost you exactly the same €0.49, because there is no percentage in it.
Time slots for your spaghetti night
- Let people pick a sitting with its own capacity per slot, so the hall and the kitchen do not fill up at once.
Drink tokens as QR codes
- Sell tokens as an add-on to the ticket and redeem them at the bar. Per voucher you see how many have been used.
Works on the camp site
- The staff scanner downloads the guest list where there is still coverage and keeps scanning without a network. You sync yourself once you are back online.
Your own shop, in three languages
- You get your own subdomain with your logo and colours. Visitors buy in Dutch, French or English.
Split the work across the leader team
- Invite leaders with their own role, so not everything sits on one account when the team changes.

What a party costs
You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Their transaction costs (e.g. ~€0.35 per Bancontact order) are billed to you directly by them — we add nothing on top. That example works out to 117 orders, so around €40.95 in Bancontact costs charged to you by your own provider. All amounts exclude VAT, on the same basis as the competitor rates we compare against.
