Ticketing for non-profits
A gala, a fundraiser or a members’ day — with your proceeds in your own account and your processing in order.
Every euro has to be accountable
For a non-profit it is not only about what something costs, but about where the money sits and who can reach your data. You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account, so the proceeds land with you directly — we hold nothing. And when someone asks for their data or has it erased, there is a button for that instead of an email exchange.

What a board wants to be able to show
Six things that make your accountability simpler.
Money in your own account
- You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Payments land there directly; we do not sit between you and your proceeds.
No subscription, no setup cost
- You pay per ticket sold and nothing in the months you organise nothing. There is no fixed cost to budget for.
GDPR requests with a button
- Access, erasure, restriction and objection are in the platform, with a request register that counts the statutory one-month deadline.
PDF tickets by email
- Visitors get their ticket as a PDF in their inbox straight away. No app needed, not even for an older audience.
Discount codes for members
- Give members or early registrants a code with its own validity and maximum number of uses.
VAT rate per ticket type
- You set 0, 6 or 21 % per ticket type and that rate is stored with the order. EazyPazz does not produce a VAT return or report.

What a fundraising night costs
You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Their transaction costs (e.g. ~€0.35 per Bancontact order) are billed to you directly by them — we add nothing on top. That example works out to 90 orders, so around €31.50 in Bancontact costs charged to you by your own provider. All amounts exclude VAT, on the same basis as the competitor rates we compare against.
