Our mission
We believe every organizer — from a small scouts group to a large festival — deserves access to modern, affordable ticketing technology. That’s why we built EazyPazz: a platform that’s simple, transparent, and truly Belgian.
Why we are building this
Most ticketing platforms are built for commercial promoters and therefore charge a percentage of your ticket price. For a youth movement, a sports club or a parents’ committee that is exactly the wrong shape: the better you sell, the more of your revenue disappears, while your costs for the hall, the drinks and the insurance stay the same. So we chose from the start a flat amount per ticket sold and payouts into your own account, so the takings from your event never pass through us first.
Why Belgian, and what that actually means
"Belgian" is not a marketing word here. It means Bancontact and Payconiq as first-class payment methods rather than an afterthought. It means a ticket shop, e-mails and tickets in Dutch, French and English, because a venue in Halle-Vilvoorde or a school with French-speaking parents does not get by on one language. And it means the checklist for your event carries the real Belgian obligations: noise limits, fire safety, food hygiene, insurance, and the two separate copyright declarations — SABAM for the authors, equitable remuneration for the performers.
What we do not do
We do not claim to be the cheapest in every case: other platforms charge less per ticket, and that simply sits on our comparison pages, with the date we read their rates off their own page. We do not put customer counts or sales volumes on this site that we cannot show. Our checklist is worked out for Flanders; for Brussels and Wallonia you get a warning instead of rules we are not sure about. And German is not available, so we say that too.
Who is behind it
EazyPazz is operated by Ignace Mella, with a registered office in Belgium and enterprise number 1003.713.438. That is also in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, along with the address for questions about your data. For a question about the platform, a price for a large volume, or a file your board has to approve, just write — the answer comes from someone who builds the platform.
