How to set up your ticket sales
Creating an event in fifteen minutes
You start with the basics: name, date, location and event type. That last one decides which Belgian compliance checklist you get, so a party comes with different tasks than a dinner event or a sports tournament. Then you add ticket types — presale, door, members, children — each with its own price, quota and sales window. No design work is needed: the ticket shop exists the moment you publish.
Several ticket types and time slots
The number of ticket types is not capped, so you can run price tiers without creating separate events. For anything that runs in shifts — a dinner event with two sittings, a parents’ evening, an open day — you sell per time slot, each with its own capacity. Visitors see straight away which slot still has room, and you see in the dashboard how the evening spreads out.
Your own ticket shop on your own subdomain
Every organisation gets its own ticket shop on a subdomain, carrying your logo and colours. That is the link you put in your WhatsApp groups, your newsletter and on your poster. Visitors do not need an account to buy — forced sign-up is the single biggest reason people abandon a purchase, and here it is not required. Checkout is built for the phone, which is where most tickets are sold.
QR tickets that hold up at the door
After payment the buyer gets an e-mail with a PDF ticket per visitor, each carrying its own QR code. You scan those codes at the door with your own team’s phones, with or without internet. A ticket that is already inside is flagged on a second scan, so a screenshot forwarded in a group chat does not get anyone in twice.
What it costs, and when it does not
There is one flat amount per ticket sold, whatever the ticket price: on a €50 ticket it is the same amount as on a €5 one. Free events cost nothing — so you can also take sign-ups for your general assembly or a free open day through the platform. On top of that you pay the transaction fees of your own Stripe or Mollie account, directly to them. No subscription, no setup cost, no per-channel fees.

Who this matters to most
Account-free selling and time slots make the biggest difference for groups run by volunteers, with an audience that is not used to ticketing platforms. See what it looks like for your kind of organisation:
