Which cookies EazyPazz places, why, and how to change your choice.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed to make the website work — remembering that you are signed in, keeping your language choice. Others exist to measure how the website is used. For that second group, Belgian electronic communications law and the GDPR require your prior consent.
2. Where we place what
Our public website (eazypazz.com and its language versions) uses statistics and marketing cookies alongside the necessary ones, but only for the categories you accept.
The organizer dashboard, the scanner app, the payment pages and organizers' ticket shops carry necessary and functional cookies only. No statistics or advertising cookie is active there, which is why no cookie banner appears there either.
3. Per-cookie overview
The statistics and marketing cookies at the bottom only appear after you accept the matching category.

4. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Consent Mode
Statistics and marketing run through Google Tag Manager, with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads inside it, provided by Google Ireland Limited. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic variant: as long as you have accepted no category at all, the Google code is not loaded. No request goes to Google — not even a cookieless measurement.
Each of the four Consent Mode signals follows your choice. 'Statistics' drives analytics_storage; 'Marketing' drives the three advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) together, because the banner asks one question about them. Refuse marketing and those three stay denied, advertising identifiers are redacted (ads_data_redaction), and no measurement data flows on to Google Ads.
Statistics data retention at Google is set to 14 months and Google Signals is switched off. Google processes this data in the EU, with possible onward transfer to Google LLC in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
'Cookie preferences' sits at the bottom of every page on this website. You can switch statistics and marketing on or off there separately at any time; withdrawing takes exactly as many clicks as consenting. If you withdraw a category, we delete its cookies and nothing is loaded for it any more.
Your choice lasts six months. After that we ask again, as we do whenever we materially change the cookies or their purpose. Refusing has no consequences for using the website: everything keeps working.
You can also delete or block cookies yourself via your browser settings.
