Ticketing for sports clubs

From stand tickets to the youth team’s dinner night — run by volunteers who do not want training for it.

Board, sponsors and volunteers

A club does not only sell tickets. There are sponsors on the list, board members who pay nothing, a dinner night with four kinds of portions, and volunteers working the door on a Saturday with their own phone. You draw your stand plan once and reuse it every season.

Built for how a club runs

Six things you genuinely use on a Saturday.

A stand plan you reuse

  • Draw your stand or hall once at organisation level and attach it to every match or activity that follows.

Guest list for sponsors and board

  • Put sponsors, board and press on the guest list without selling a ticket — at the door they are simply checked off.

The dinner night alongside it

  • Sell portions, drink tokens or a raffle ticket as an add-on to the ticket, each with its own stock.

Ask for member number and team

  • Add your own purchase fields to checkout, such as member number or team, and export them with your visitor list.

Scanning on your volunteers’ phones

  • You give a volunteer access to one event; they scan in the browser on their own phone. No devices to rent.

Free events cost nothing

  • A free club activity or members’ night costs you no platform fee. You only pay per ticket sold.

A tournament with a bar and a food stand raises different tasks than an ordinary match. These four often apply.

Alcohol & Smoking Policy

Check closing time and drink regulations

Subscription and setup costs

You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Their transaction costs (e.g. ~€0.35 per Bancontact order) are billed to you directly by them — we add nothing on top. That example works out to 200 orders, so around €70.00 in Bancontact costs charged to you by your own provider. All amounts exclude VAT, on the same basis as the competitor rates we compare against.

Questions we get a lot

Yes. The scanner runs in the browser on their own phone and you grant access per event. Offline mode only exists on the staff scanner, so make sure there is coverage at the door or use that one.
Yes. You sell portions as add-ons, optionally attached to a free ticket. Each portion has its own stock, so your kitchen knows what is coming.
No. There is no subscription and no setup cost. You pay per ticket sold and nothing in the months you sell nothing.

Set up your first club event

Free account, no subscription. You only pay once a ticket has been sold.
