Ticketing for festivals

Several days, several stages, thousands of visitors — and one place where tickets, access, bar and checklist come together.

Every day is a door of its own

A festival does not sell a ticket, it sells access to a moment: a day pass, a combi, an early bird. You split your capacity across access moments, put visitors in a queue at release instead of letting your shop buckle, and keep scanning at the gate even when the network on the field gives up.

What a festival actually needs

Six things that decide whether the gate moves or the queue grows.

Access moments per day

  • Split your capacity across days or blocks and sell day, combi and weekend tickets from the same shop.

A queue at ticket release

  • At release the checkout queue lines visitors up in order, with their position in the queue visible to them.

Cashless bar on QR wristbands

  • Work with tokens or euros on wristbands, import batches from CSV, and follow every transaction per wristband.

Offline scanning on the field

  • The staff scanner downloads the guest list while it still has a connection and keeps scanning without a network. You sync yourself with ‘Sync nu’.

Add-ons and vouchers

  • Sell camping, parking or drink tokens alongside the ticket and issue them as QR vouchers you redeem at the bar.

See which poster works

  • Create a short link per channel and see how many clicks and how many actual sales came out of it.

Bar, gate and shop — as they really look

Run the bar without cash

Work in tokens or euros on QR wristbands. Visitors top up online in advance, and you follow every transaction per wristband.

Subscription and setup costs

You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Their transaction costs (e.g. ~€0.35 per Bancontact order) are billed to you directly by them — we add nothing on top. That example works out to 1,250 orders, so around €437.50 in Bancontact costs charged to you by your own provider. All amounts exclude VAT, on the same basis as the competitor rates we compare against.

Questions we get a lot

On the staff scanner it does. It downloads the guest list while there is a connection and then scans offline; you sync yourself with ‘Sync nu’. The device scanner you hand to crew has no offline mode.
Yes. You create access moments per day or block and attach ticket types to them, each with its own capacity and price. A combi ticket grants access to several moments.
The same €0.49 as a €5 ticket — there is no percentage in it. On top of that come the transaction costs of your own Stripe or Mollie account, which are charged per order rather than per ticket.
