Ticketing for schools
A school party, a performance or a parents’ evening with time slots — bookable by parents who do not want to create an account.
Parents, not users
At a school event your audience is a parent with a phone in the corridor. They want no app and no account: a link, Bancontact, and a ticket in their inbox. For a parents’ evening you set up time slots with their own capacity, and you ask for the pupil’s name and class in checkout.

For schools
What helps a school office
Six things that make the phone ring less.
Time slots for the parents’ evening
- Set up moments with their own capacity per slot; parents pick for themselves and you see at once what is full.
The pupil’s name and class
- Add your own fields to checkout in Dutch, French and English, and export them with your list.
Checkout in three languages
- The ticket shop runs in Dutch, French and English, so every parent buys in their own language.
Bancontact and Payconiq
- Parents pay with the methods they know, through your own Stripe or Mollie account.
Free entry costs nothing
- A free school performance costs you no platform fee. Sell drink tokens alongside it and you only pay on what actually sells.
No app for parents
- The ticket arrives as a PDF in the inbox, with a QR code you scan at the door. Nothing to install.

What a school party costs
You connect your own Stripe or Mollie account. Their transaction costs (e.g. ~€0.35 per Bancontact order) are billed to you directly by them — we add nothing on top. That example works out to 125 orders, so around €43.75 in Bancontact costs charged to you by your own provider. All amounts exclude VAT, on the same basis as the competitor rates we compare against.
