A clear dashboard for organisers. See what is selling, which orders come in and how much revenue you are making. The figures refresh automatically while you keep the screen open.

  • Sales and revenue per period, refreshed automatically
  • Order management and attendee lists
  • Multi-event overview for organizations
  • Export data for your records

What the dashboard shows you

Following sales while they happen

The dashboard shows sales and revenue per period and refreshes itself while you keep the screen open. That is most useful in the days after an announcement: you see which ticket type is moving, when sales stall, and whether an extra message in the group had any effect. Nothing to refresh and nothing to export just to know where you stand.

Orders and attendee lists

Every order is there with the tickets bought, the buyer’s e-mail address and the payment status. From the same list you pull the attendee list for the day itself: who is coming, with how many tickets, in which time slot. For a school event or a dinner event, that is the list you need at the entrance or in the kitchen.

Several events side by side

Organisations rarely run one event a year. The multi-event overview puts current and past events side by side, so you can compare this year’s presale with last year’s at the same point. That is more useful than a final total: it tells you whether to adjust course while you still can.

Exporting for your administration

Everything on screen can be exported for your bookkeeping or your report to the board. For an association with an audit committee, or a school with a separate office, that is the difference between retyping figures and forwarding a file. VAT per ticket type sits in the same data, so your settlement and your return rest on one source.

What you keep, not just what sold

Gross revenue says little until you know what platform and payment costs take out. The dashboard works out per event what reaches your account, showing the flat amount per ticket sold and your own provider’s transaction fees separately. So you do not have to do the arithmetic yourself to know what the night brought in.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. You invite colleagues into your organisation, so the person on the till and the treasurer see the same figures you do. No shared passwords and no forwarded screenshots.
Sales figures refresh automatically while the dashboard is open, so a new order appears within moments. For door scans, tickets scanned offline appear as soon as the scanning device is back online.
Yes. Orders and attendee lists can be exported for your administration. As a visitor or buyer you can also always request your own data or have it deleted — that is a GDPR right, and it is built into the platform.

Who this matters to most

Several events a year and a board that wants numbers: that is where the dashboard pays off most. See what it looks like for your kind of organisation:
