Built for every type of organizer
Whether you organize a local party or a large festival — EazyPazz adapts to your needs.
Which page fits you?
Why we write per kind of organisation
A youth movement running a party has different worries than a venue letting rooms all year. The first works with volunteers who change every year and a cash box that has to front the hall rental; the second has permanent staff and mostly wants five events to stay legible side by side. So every page follows the same structure — your situation, what you get, the Belgian checklist for that kind of event, and a worked pricing example — but with the numbers and the tasks that belong to your case.
What is the same on every page
One flat amount per ticket sold, whatever the ticket price, and free events that cost nothing. Payouts through your own Stripe or Mollie account, so the revenue lands in your account. Scanning at the door on your own team’s phones, with or without internet. Ticket shop, e-mails and tickets in Dutch, French and English. And a checklist that starts from the event type you create rather than from one general list.
What differs per page
The pricing example uses a realistic ticket price and basket size for that group, because payment costs are charged per order and not per ticket — a class booking together therefore costs you less per ticket than two hundred separate buyers. The checklist follows suit: noise limits and fire safety weigh heavily for a party, food hygiene for a dinner event, time slots and data protection for a school activity.
Torn between two pages?
Pick the one closest to your event, not to your statutes. A sports club running a dinner event gets more out of the non-profit page than the sports one, and a school throwing a party for its oldest years reads better along with youth movements. The platform does not make that distinction: your account, your ticket shop and your rates are identical. Only the checklist follows the event type you create.
